Yinka is an experienced Agile Coach & leader having held multiple roles such as Enterprise, program, and team coach in several companies with over 10 years of experience. She has supported large Agile transformations with a demonstrated history of organizational change using Agile methods. She actively coaches’ executives, managers, and team members on Agile ways of working, while mentoring new coaches and Scrum Masters on best practices.


She has a passion for coaching, mentoring and training and she spends most of her time advising business leaders in transforming into more efficient and effective organizations across areas of technology modernization and innovation, human capital, strategy and analytics, customer experience, and enterprise operations. She leverages her wealth of experience in multiple industries to ensure the realizations of her client’s goals.

Ambreasha Frazier

Ambreasha Frazier is a creative innovator and bridger of challenge-to-opportunity, who takes a connect-the-dots approach to all that she contributes. She has led in nonprofit startup management, program development, strategic planning, operations, program & process improvement, content/copy development, editing, and data & technology transition management. She has worked in the areas of economic community development, education, customer relationship management software development, and youth development.

Ambreasha supports goal momentum by guiding action and implementation with a focus on being people-centered, collaborative, and adaptable across teams, colleagues, partners, and collaborators.

Ambreasha holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a minor in Political Science, from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities along with a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, with an emphasis in Economic Community Development. Ambreasha also holds a certification in Adaptive Strategic Execution from Duke University Corporate Education.

Muhammad Ismail

Muhammad began his career working at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department.

After several years in healthcare, Muhammad branched into a new career path and joined the Information Technology industry working for The i4 Group, a small-business agile consulting firm. He served as the team Scrum Master internally, while actively working on client engagements for Fortune level companies. During the client engagements, Muhammad served as an Agile coach, technical writer, as well as a data and operational coordinator. Furthermore, Muhammad participated and enabled numerous leadership engagements to align strategy to practice. 

Along with the client engagements, Muhammad facilitated numerous discussions including agile webinars and diversity panels. Muhammad is an Agile enthusiast and loves to implement agile practices in his home.

Charles Maddox

Charles has over 25 years of experience in systems development. He has held positions at various product development companies from hands-on engineer to a leader such as; software engineer, project manager, scrum master, product owner, software quality assurance manager, and VP of engineering.  As an agile consultant, he has worked with several fortune organizations helping them to adopt better Lean Portfolio Management practices through training and hands-on coaching. 

He was one of the first 50 worldwide to hold the title of Scaled Agile Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT).  He is a mentor, trainer and ICF certified professional coach (PCC). He likes to volunteer in his community as a sports coach, math tutor, and youth mentor and is a husband and father of three.

Aasim Shabazz

Aasim Shabazz is a results-driven SAFe® 5 Program Consultant (SPC) with 20 years of experience working in the areas of Agile team enablement, SAFe Transformation, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Organizational Design, and Human Resource Strategy.

He has a background in Organizational Development and Change, the use of Design Thinking as a strategy enabler, and Innovation-focused Product Design. Aasim will assess your organization’s readiness to launch its 1st ART (Agile Release Train), train your practitioners, and coach your team members into action. He has successfully coached and implemented many SAFe Essential configurations, as well as launched Solution trains, and coached portfolio practitioners in decisioning around Financial, Product Management, Shared Services, and Dev-Ops. He coaches transformational agile and lean mindset to establish shared meaning, enabling leaders and teams to respond to rapidly changing environments.

He leads transformation of Privilege Access Management, Infrastructure, CyberArk, Privilege access tiering, and Dev-SecOps. Credentials: Scaled Agile Coach, SPC 5 , SA, RTE, PM/PO, Advanced SM
